Sumario:When the human organism suffers the own effects of the agrochemical ones an alteration of the enzimas transaminasas takes place: alaninoaminotransferasa (TGP) and the aspartatoaminotransferasa (TGO) and the hepatic enzimas, as the alkaline fosfatasa (ALP) and the gammaglutamiltranspeptidasa (GGT). This fact brings I obtain a series of effects on the organism, of there the importance of a periodic monitoring in the farmers. His time the study allowed to determine the values of TGO, TGP, GGT, BILIRRUBINAS and ALKALINE FOSFATASA in farmers exposed to agrochemical, to determine the use and managing of agrochemical that are applied in the agricultural production and to establish the relation between the exhibition of agrochemical and hepatic profile in farmers of the Canton Pinda. This study was descriptive, transversal adults were selected according to the inclusion criteria with a sample of 60 farmers (n = 60). In TGO and TGP levels 75% (n = 45) show normal values and 25% (n = 15) have high values; 87% (n = 52) are GGT with normal and 13% (n = 8) exhibit high values; normal levels of total bilirubin in 77% (n = 46) and 23% (n = 14) show high values; Alkaline phosphatase levels normal with 77% (n = 46) and 23% (n = 14) are at high values. For what it is necessary that the determination of the hepatic profile in 60 farmers exposed to agrochemical performed great importance due to the fact that the alteration of the values of TGO and TGP with 25 %, GGT 13 %, TOTAL BILIRRUBINA and ALKALINE FOSFATASA 23 %, which he carries to a series of possible injuries to the liver, complications that affect the health and to the quality of life of the farmers of the Canton Pindal. Keywords: Hepatic profile, transaminase enzymes, liver enzymes and exposure.
