In order to develop the specific objectives, several methods were used: deductive, inductive, statistical and scientific as well as different techniques such as direct observation and the survey that allowed the collection of information to carry out this research work. As a first step to carry out this work, the market study was carried out, for which the sample was first obtained, resulting in the application of 382 surveys to the families of Canton Catamayo, in which only the Families that have children studying Basic Education that are the potential clients. After an extensive analysis, it was concluded that the zero supply because in the Catamayo Canton there is no company with the characteristics proposed in this project nor with similarity, with the present study it was determined that there is a wide unsatisfied demand of 48.638,8 in annual services of directed tasks and with the implementation of this company could cover a wide market. The technical study of the market was carried out where the capacity used for the first year of life of the project was calculated, which is 3120 services of tasks directed using 75% of the installed capacity. The macro and micro-location of the company was also executed, since several aspects were taken into account, such as the availability of labor, main access routes, and all basic services, so that the most suitable location would be in the Canton Catamayo, in the Barrio el Porvenir. In the organizational study was determined the constitution of the company, the same that will have the name of the CIA Center for Learned Directed Learning Center. LTDA., The personnel that work in the company is formed by the Manager, Secretary / Accountant, will have the support of a legal adviser, guard and a teacher who will be in charge of giving the service of directed tasks, the same ones that are in the Functional, structural and positional organizational chart and its responsibilities are structured in a Function Manual. The economic study analyzed the total investment that will be $ 10013,87 to be financed with 40% of the contribution of the partners and 6% with a loan to the Cooperative of Savings and Credit "CoopMego" with a rate of 19, 90% per year. The retail price is $ 18,18 with a profit margin of 10%, this price was established based on the results obtained throughout the research process. Later it was defined that the incomes and the capacity of the new company surpass the calculated point of equilibrium, and it can be said that with the implementation of this company if great benefits will be obtained. As a last step of the feasibility study, the financial evaluation of the project was carried out, in which the NPV 10555,67 and the IRR of 46,11% were obtained, higher than the annual interest rate of the Cooperativa de Ahorro y Crédito "CoopMego" An annual rate of 19.90%. In addition the investment recovers in 4 years, 6 months and 7 days. The cost benefit ratio is 1.09 ie for every dollar invested will recover 0.09 cents. Finally, the sensitivity analysis of the project was defined where it was verified that the project supported an increase of up to 2,9% in its revenues and a 2,6% decrease in revenues, so that after completing the entire financial evaluation, Positive and encouraging for the creation of this company. This feasibility study was concluded by analyzing and compiling all the aforementioned methods and techniques, obtaining positive results in each analysis that was carried out, so that it was concluded that the project is feasible and would be very useful the implementation of a center dedicated to Provide the services of directed tasks in the Canton Catamayo Province of Loja. |
