Zusammenfassung:At the present time the salary entrance has come to form part of the socioeconomic structure and politics of the State, especially it is the economic means that allows the worker to cover its basic necessities. Therefore, the importance and transcendence of the entitled partner-juridical problem "The drops remunerations in the private sector make necessary a salary reformation in the Code of the Work", be based mainly in the necessity of improving the salary politicians in the Ecuadorian juridical classification, so that the worker of the private sector can have an economic stability, it is for it that the present investigative work has as objective that the wage that the worker perceives allows him to cover their basic necessities among them this the value of the basic basket that at the present time it is of five hundred twenty two dollars with seven cents ($522,07). When carrying out the study of this topic, I found that the salary politicians settled down in the Code of the Work are not the suitable ones to fix the wage of the private sector, since he/she doesn't take into account the value of the family basic basket. To other the theoretical work and of field of the present thesis allowed to settle down that the technical organisms of the State that are those in charge of to fix the wages and to apply the salary politicians, don't use the correct methods and therefore, they never reach an agreement that goes in the worker's of the private sector benefit, but rather, these organisms obey to other you interest in own benefit. Lastly, the whole content of the present thesis obeys the effort and my person's intellectual perseverance, in the scientific and methodological environment that approaches a theoretical and empiric study, in what refers to the wages, to the salary politicians and the organisms in charge of specifying the same ones. Therefore, in this thesis I have allowed myself to outline an artificial proposal guided to reform the Code of the Work, so that the salary politicians improve taking into account the value of the basic basket to fix the wages, and to be able to fulfill that specified in the constitutional norm that guarantees the worker a fair wage and I deign as much for him as for their family.
