| Summary: | This research is focused on designing and developing a strategic plan that will improve the management and productivity of Serviemprosaf Company SA, De La Ciudad De Quito, Pichincha Province Of; for which specific objectives have been drawn, which managed to reach through the methods, techniques and procedures used and developed throughout the research process, which allowed to find the following results: Market segmentation in which surveys were conducted to collect data the researcher looking through a pre-designed questionnaire was conducted. The data are obtained from performing a set of standardized questions to a representative sample or the entire set of statistical population under study, in this case it carried out two potential clients of the company are the City and Provincial Council in addition to 27 of the most frequent customers, consisting in the sales records, to make statements of opinion, features or specific events, provided support to develop the SWOT matrix. Every one of the tools and techniques allowed to obtain information about the research problem, later to process such information for the benefit of research, in addition to testing objectives. In the evaluation matrix of external factors, which is the summary of the analysis of the economic, political, social, etc; you have a total score of 3.19, being higher than the average of 2.5; by indicating that must seize the opportunities of the external environment that are superior to the threats. The EFE matrix, indicating opportunities and threats relevant, the same as under its weight are the most important, being well: Opportunities Increasing demand for the growth of the economy; Existence of large potential customers at local, regional and national levels and more demand for a favorable geographical location and as Threats: restrictive import policies and changes in the customs policy of the country and creation of new companies providing similar services. For the analysis of internal factors, an interview that was applied to the General Manager, Project Manager, Operations Manager and Administrative Manager for Matrix evaluation of internal factors EFI, with a total score of 3.02, which represents performed predominance of the strengths of the internal weaknesses of the company, being higher than the average value of 2.50.
