| Sumari: | The present thesis work entitled "Implementation and structure of costs in relation to productivity in seafood restaurant PIRATA CORDOVEZ in the city of LOJA, November-December 2015 period", its aim is to provide necessary information to direct the business , improving standards and practices, reducing costs and increasing yields. Allowing its owner sustain the viability of the costs in a correct way; In addition which It will help you to know the unit cost and the total cost for its respective analysis and make decisions. The implementation of a cost system is linked to the utility that this gives to the owners, it is so importance since seafood restaurant El Pirata Cordovéz, doesn´tt have a system that allows them to know how much you spend in the preparation of each one of the dishes, have greater or lower selling price possibly causing loss or utility due very high prices will not reach a peak in sales and If it offers to lower price will increase their sales; but it will decrease the utility. This is feasible to meet when applying the cost system because it gives us reliable information about the costs of food and drinks with prices that ensure the expected payoff can be determined. |
