Özet:The violence intrafamiliar takes part of one of the main problems that affects the children in its normal development; since the familiar conflicts that resulting in violence, provoke physical consequences, psychological and or sexual. The present investigation claims to determine the incidence of the Violence Intrafamiliar in the functional academic skills of the pupils of 3er Year of Basic education of the school “Juan Maria Riofrío“; likewise to investigate the presence of violence intrafamiliar; to detail the changes in the functional academic skills; and to determine the level of academic yield of the children; for finally develop a psicoeducación plan for the families victims of violence intrafamiliar focused to improve the functional academic skills of the children. In this study there was used the inductive, deductive and empirical method, in the which a sample size is selected of 33 students of the Educational Unit “Juan Maria Riofrío“, and the instruments were applied, like the Questionnaire of Cisneros to evaluate Violence Intrafamiliar, survey directed to the teachers for measure the level of academic yield and the test of Evaluation of the Academic Yield that measures the functional academic skills. According to the obtained results evidenced the presence of violence is demonstrated intrafamiliar, where that of major frequency is that of psychological type; Likewise observed the presence of changes in the functional academic skills being the area of mathematical reasoning that of major incidence; likewise the presence of changes is observed in the functional academic skills being the area of mathematical reasoning that of major incidence; simultaneously there was verified the level of academic yield in where the area of major affectation is that of mathematical reasoning that presents a inadequate level, therefore it raises the following intervention plan “Psicoeducación Plan in violence directed to the family parents of the students of 3er year of basic education”.
