That is why the present thesis has as general objective to realize a: "PROOF OF A STRATEGIC PLAN FOR THE ALL TYPICAL COMPANY, OF THE CITY OF STORE, PERIDODO 2016-2021" in order to contribute with the organizational development of the company in study. In order to develop the proposal, it was necessary to support and apply a methodology according to each phase of the investigative process; For this it was necessary in the first instance to have a conceptual approach on the strategic plan considering its scope and requirements that it presents and then to carry out a collection of information from internal and external sources that validate and conform the defined problem. Subsequently we determined the materials, methods and techniques to be used to structure the results where the development of the Strategic Plan proposal is carried out; The information gathering techniques used were the observation, which allowed identifying the most common problems of the company, the interview directed to the manager that allowed to identify the current situation of the company, the survey applied to the 5 employees and 254 to This methodology will serve as a tool in administrative and operational management, which will allow the development of strategies under a participatory approach of all the members who work in the company. In order to do so, we analyze the current situation of the company, the internal analysis highlights that the greatest weaknesses the company has in its environment are: Advertising is not done properly, Lacks a Business Philosophy, ie has no Mission, Vision, Objectives And Goals, Lack of a functional organization chart, absence of a manual of functions, and lack of technical processes at the operational level, among other situations that cause the company to obtain a weighted result of 2.44 below the standard balanced situation that denotes the problems The external analysis also highlights important threats that must be solved, such as: Inflation increase, tax reforms and laws, increase of unemployment, and the family's basic basket does not cover the Income level, obtaining a weighted result of 2.44, emphasizing that they are serious internal problems that must be solved. Following are four important strategic objectives that must be taken into account by managers to improve and become a competitive company, these strategies are focused on the definition of the Business Philosophy whose objective will be an investment of $ 600.00, the design Of a functional and manual organization chart with a cost of $ 1,650.00; Implement advertising campaigns promoting 100% Ecuadorian products that offers everything typical of high quality and at a comfortable price will cost $ 400.00, and the implementation of Technical Processes, which will cost $ 900.00; That is to say, the total cost of the Strategic Plan for the Todo Típico company of the city of Loja, in the period 2016-2021, will be $ 3,550.00. Following the development of the proposal of the Strategic Plan for the All8 Typical Company, the respective conclusions of the work are presented, prioritizing among them: There is no compliance by the employees with the aims that the company has set itself to achieve success in And the ethical and quality performance in the area of its competence, since it lacks mission, vision, objectives and goals, The absence of publicity has caused that the company does not make itself known before all the citizenship in general, No Have a Structural Organization Chart as well as the respective Function Manual, which has caused the lack of knowledge of the tasks and functions that each entrepreneur has to fulfill within the company and The Company does not have Technical Processes of the processes that must follow in the elaboration of Each dish that it offers, since it performs in an empirical way; The following recommendations are established: That the company structured the mission, vision, objectives and goals so that everything possible can be carried out for a normal operation and development of its daily activities, that different advertising campaigns be carried out in the Different means of communication to make known to all citizens about the different services and products offered by the company and thus capture more customers; The respective organizational chart should be made as well as the corresponding Manual of Functions taking into consideration the different jobs that exist within the company to determine the functions that they perform within the same, and finally taking into account the present proposal, putting in place the Technical Processes, with the objective of elaborating the dishes efficiently and effectively, which guarantees the customer's loyalty.
