The techniques used were: 1 The survey of 3 players; February 59 interview categories of training athletes for club Liga Deportiva Universitaria de Loja: 3 application of new comments to guide the sessions. The methods used were: 1: Inductive Method 2: deductive method and 3: Analytical method, methods that allowed the analysis of information in relation to the results obtained from observation or theory of inquiry helped to operationalize the concepts to observable facts directly or indirectly. The investigation meet the overall objective, because it could determine the level of knowledge possessed by coaches about sports initiation in the training categories for the development of the technical fundamentals of football and specific objectives as coaches consider diagnose sports initiation for training for teaching the fundamentals of football technical categories; and analyze whether the pre coaches use sports games in the main part of teaching the fundamentals of football activities and sports initiation mass Football Club LDU Loja. Among the most important results is that the coaches of the training categories, do not consider sports initiation for training for teaching the fundamentals of football technical categories, as well as club coaches investigated, using few pre multisport games the main part of teaching the fundamentals of football; Also, it was determined that the lack of goals in sports planning to teach and motivate the practice of football, has been the problem for the coaches, and sports activities are not encouraged at an early age; finally the coaches training categories LDU Loja, show a low awareness of sport initiation as little mastery of the subject has contributed to making mistakes and has discourage sports. |
