| Summary: | This research was intended to identify the most common diseases triggers CKD in users hemodialysis unit of General Hospital Puyo; The art of observation and survey guide was applied was used in 45 patients. The design was cross-sectional, descriptive, bibliographic and field. It was found that the largest number of people are in the age of 65-95 years with a 48.89%; Followed by 40 to 64 years with 28.89%; 6, 67% of teens reported. The population was male with 51.11% in the mestizo population with 86.67%, marital status married in urban .Precedencies 46.67% to 86.67%; The level of education is primary with 57.77%; In any occupation with 37.78%, followed by housework in 35.56%; It was identified as triggers for Diabetes with 35.60% pathologies, following the Hypertension with 33.33%, glomerulonephritis with 6.67%, La uropathy Obstructive Prostatic, polycystic kidney disease, renal atrophy, each with 4.44%, and other diseases such as lupus erythematosus, renal trauma, Lupica nephropathy, renal Agenesis, CKD unaffiliated, each with 2.22%. It is concluded that the conditions that influenced CKD patients with hemodialysis were firstly mellitus II Diabetes, followed by arterial hypertension, the more susceptible population is mestizo 65 years and over are those that have come Hemodialysis use.
