The installed capacity of the project determines that the company will be able to produce 119,600 servings of cakes cheese 100 gr., And whose capacity utilization is 71,760 jars of 100 grams of cheese cakes, which will produce 60% of capacity utilization in the first year which corresponds to 71,760 servings of 100 grams of cheese cakes, plus the location of it, to be located in the city of Palora in the streets Manuel J. Calle and El Triunfo is determined. The production process requires the use of suitable equipment, which will be guaranteed to get a quality product at reasonable prices.
