| Тойм: | The development of this research has been aimed to carry out a scheme and subsequent construction of a tire changer machine, which aims to reduce physical exertion and risk of accidents involved in this activity. For their study was analyzed the assembly-disassembly process of Tyre, in order to know what are the modalities of work, tools used, duration of the process, economic value of construction, among other variables, and by the use of techniques and methods of collection, analysis and interpretation of information and data, outline achievement and build a machine that meets the requirements of the locality. The team consists of several parts, which are: a mobile ramp, which slides on the floor in helping to transport horizontally to remove the wheel to the rotating mandrel, a Horizontal Bench, which is located in one arm power which is responsible to exert a pressure on the sidewalls of the wheel to dismount a chuck rotation, which rotates at 4 rpm in the clockwise and counter-clockwise with a power of 2 Hp helping to loosen the heel of the wheel removed, and a Vertical Bench, which raises the mandrel to establish an optimal working height. All movements of the machine are controlled by an electro-pneumatic drive, within these elements have an electric motor operating at a voltage of 220 v, a set of six solenoid operated at a voltage of 12 V, a system to drive relays that operate at a voltage of 12 V, and a set of pneumatic actuators operating at a maximum pressure of 10 bar (145 psi). The results allowed to meet the objectives and formulated the hypothesis, which states is achieved optimize labor resources and considerately reduce physical exertion and danger of accidents of persons engaged in this trade. |
