The same that has a Summary, the Introduction that is a general extract of what is the carried out investigation where is stood out the importance of the topic and the contribution that you will give to the cooperative, The Revision of Literature, carefully edited in a such way that constitutes a material of permanent consultation, it contains the theoretical foundation as they are the concepts that contribute in a significant way by means of the presentation of a group of critical positions and the most important aspects that are related directly with the topic study object. In the used Methodology it is made know the methods and technical that were used for the development of our investigation. The it presents the Proposal that it frames in first instance the situational Diagnosis of the cooperative carried out by means of the application of a survey and the application of the main SOWA (Strengths, Opportunities, Weaknesses, Aptitudes), this it offers us information that sustains the proposal of a strategic Plan where we prolong a Mission and Vision, aspects that guide working current of the company and the future that wait to complete in front of the society, we outline objectives for that which you settle down political, strategies and projects to continue for their setting in march. Finally the Conclusions and Recommendations tendients are exposed to give solution to the problems that the positioning and development of the Cooperative of Mixed Transports “MACARÁ CITY”. Waiting that these they have the necessary welcome on the part of the directive of the Cooperative in order to obtain good results in the execution of their daily activities. It also the whole bibliography that served for the theoretical foundation as the respective annexes. |
