| Summary: | The main objective of this research work is to elaborate a plan of pedagogical accompaniment oriented to the professional development of teachers in the “Unidad Educativa Fiscomiscional Educare”, in addition the study aims to identify the structural components of the plan of pedagogical accompaniment for the elaboration and implementation of the planning and evaluation of learning, to determine the causes that affect the teaching performance and to design strategies of pedagogical accompaniment that contribute to improve the professional development of teachers, under a quantitative-qualitative research approach, descriptive type, quasi-experimental design, the methods used in this study are the scientific, analytical-synthetic, inductive, deductive and statistical method, supported by research techniques such as classroom observation form and questionnaire applied to the sample of 18 teachers and 3 authorities of the Educational Institution, the results reveal that teachers do not identify the structure of the components of the accompaniment plan, In addition, they do not know the types of pedagogical accompaniment such as planning and implementation of planning and evaluation, the factors that hinder teacher performance are related to the lack of involvement of parents in the teaching and learning processes, the lack of specialization and training, the pedagogical accompaniment strategies are designed in the pedagogical accompaniment plan built under the standards of professional teaching performance in relation to the dimension of administrative management, The conclusion is that the pedagogical accompaniment plan, built by components according to the institutional reality, represents an important document of school management and professional development that promotes new educational practices where teachers know and apply new strategies that will favor their pedagogical performance aimed at improving students' learning results.
