Резюме:This research focuses on demonstrating the impact of the Edpuzzle pedagogical tool on students' learning and academic performance in the study of Harmony at the higher education level. The objective of this research is to improve the understanding of tonal harmony of the students of the fourth and fifth semesters of the Musical Arts Undergraduate Program by means of Edpuzzle as a pedagogical strategy. For this purpose, a pretest and posttest were applied, instruments that allowed to measure the academic performance of the students with respect to the study of tonal harmony. Subsequently, a satisfaction survey with a Likert scaled measured students’perceptions about this digital tool for the study of tonal harmony. The results obtained through the parametric statistical test T- Student related samples was p = 0.001 < α =0.05, showing that there is a statistically significant difference between the pretest and the posttest demonstrating that the implementation of Edpuzzle in the classes was satisfactory because it improved the understanding, attention, reflection, analysis of the students who mastered the required learning. Finally, a large part of the surveyed population is in total agreement with learning tonal harmony through Edpuzzle because it facilitates the understanding of the content and allows the student to self-regulate learning, generate meaningful learning, and enhance autonomous work.
