Yhteenveto:A social rehabilitation center is the establishment intended especially for those sentenced for the commission of a crime by a competent court, so they can extinguish certain sanctions. In our country there are 35 detention centers. The rights and guarantees of persons deprived of liberty shall enjoy the rights and guarantees recognized in the Constitution of the Republic and international human rights instruments. The Ministry of Justice, Human Rights and Religious Affairs in order to safeguard the security, internal and external, of the Centers' imprisonment enable a modern prison security system, which features the latest technology. The right to legal certainty is based on respect for the Constitution and on the basis of prior, clear, public and applied by the competent authorities legal standards. This right is threatened with the internal regulations of the detention centers, which establish a criterion of its management objects for the common people do not threaten safety of persons deprived of liberty. A simple pair of cords or metal spoon can not infringe the freedom of individuals. Must be established in our Penal Integral Code of items prohibited on admission to places of deprivation of liberty and those who are outside of this classification and are considered as prohibited in their internal regulations are punished by administrative or pecuniary way, applying the principle minimum penal intervention
