Análisis a los estados financieros de la compañía de transportes de combustibles Loja s.a. Cotranscolsa periodo 2011-2012

The "analysis of the financial statements of LOJA transportation company COTRANSCOLSA S.A. for the period of 2011 – 2012. The process was aimed at evaluating the past, present, and financial position of the company. and the changes in operations over the years and how they effected the economic situation of the company as well as determine the changes that have occurred over the years in order to establish the best estimates and possible predictions about future results and conditions. The development of this research had to comply with the objectives and perform vertical analysis to establish whether the company has an equitable distribution of resources and according to their financial and operational needs, horizontal analysis and determine the variation absolute or relative as to what, had suffered from the departure from the financial statements of the year 2012 with respect to the year 2011. And with respects to the application of the financial ratios in order to determine the performance of the company over the years mentioned above as regards liquidity, debt and profitability management, thus determining whether the resources of the company are still employed correctly. The results will serve as a reference to understand the development of the company in the periods of study which are expressed in the conclusions and recommendations.
