Yhteenveto: | The present investigation flickered: the technic organization of the bibliographic fountain Mother Bernarda School in the city and Zamora Chinchipe province and its incidence in the satisfaction if the necessities informative of the users period 2014. Had as objective general analyze the factors institutional that inside in the organization technique bottom bibliographic the Library, which are influencing satisfaction the information needs of users. The methods used were: of users, analytic-synthetic, inductive-deductive, descriptive statistics; the same as used for the purpose to describe and explain the technical organization of bibliographic library, front the satisfaction of the needs User information; techniques and instruments that were applied: the interview, to personnel work in the library, to establish that way the technical organization of bibliographic determines the quality of service; users survey, to identify institutional factors that are affecting the satisfaction of needs information’s of the users. As results of the interview the responsible staff for the library: 50% believe that the technical organization of bibliographic determines the quality of service in the library, when there is facility in recovery of the information, meeting the information needs as well as the services are efficient and timely, 25% consider the diversity of services; therefore, when these conditions are met fully defined service quality. From the user survey: 48% determined that institutional factors are affecting the satisfaction of their information needs, is the lack of management by authorities, 37% qualified staff, 33% budget allocation, 17% technology resources, interacting determinants in meeting their information needs. |
