The methodology that you uses for the project this presented in the four point of the present thesis, where it is given to know the methods and techniques for the attainment of valuable information and determinant to know data for the market study. In the market study they were carried out 397 surveys likewise to the families that were distributed in the city of Loja, likewise five interviews to the different centers dedicated to this service, with the data obtained was performed it was determined the existing supply and demand. He was a technical process where managed to determine the size of the project and the location of the company with their respective installations, as well as the process and service capability to offer, which hopes to provide 6912 hours of service in the first year. The location of the company will be in the city of Loja, specifically at José Maria Peña and Av. Pio Jaramillo in the central sector of the city. 6 In the financial study you determines the total of the investments in active fixed, amounting to a sum of $ 11 577.00, the same that will be financed by 57% by their own means and 43% external credit to be obtained by the National Finance Corporation, which will be amortized over two years funds. The financial evaluation indicators showed positive and encouraging results to ensure a good return on the project, where the net present value is positive $ 48 181,44, the internal rate of return is the 92,55%, which represents what a rate higher than the opportunity cost of capital, so it is convenient to invest in the project; the relation benefit-cost is $ 1,43 representing that the project is profitable because for every dollar invested in the project, you get $ 0,40 of profitability, a recovery of capital of one year’s period, seven months; also the sensitivity analysis shows that a 24% increase in production cost, and a decrease from 18% in revenues do not affect the profitability of the project. The plant is a single limited liability by the favorable conditions that arise to be own and of one person, conform management, legal, secretary accountant, four teachers and a janitor. Finally conclusions and suggested for the investor to easily take the best decisions proposed recommendation. |
