الملخص:The work entitled the Experiential Calendar to strengthen the ancestral teachings of the Intercultural Bilingual Community Education Center “ Lado de San Pablo”, Saraguro 2023- 2024; has as general objective determine the incidence of the Experiential Calendar in the strengthening of ancestral knowledge in the Intercultural Bilingual Community Education Center “Lago de San Pablo”, Saraguro 2023-2024, this research is descriptive, whit a mixed approach, its design is non-experimental; The theoretical framework addresses themes and sub- themes related to the Experiential Calendar and ancestral knowledge; scientific, descriptive, analytical, synthetic and statistical methods were used in the research process; for the collection of direct and specific information on the perceptions and experiences whit respect to the research, an interview whit the leader of the institution; The results reveal that a considerable percentage of the teachers have a superficial conception of the Experiential Calendar, limiting its application to a net figuration of Intercultural Bilingual Education, affecting the perspective of the educational community whit respect to the ancestral knowledge of the community; Therefore, an alternative guideline entitled “ancestral knowledge in the intercultural classroom” was proposed, oriented to the implementation of innovative strategies that integrate in an equitable way the ancestral knowledge and western knowledge, connecting them trough practices inside and outside the classroom for an integral strengthening.
