Criminología educativa y su influencia en la política criminal como forma de prevención en el cometimiento de delitos por menores de edad

In this research work entitled "Educational criminology and its influence on criminal policy as a form of prevention in the commission of crimes by minor children", there is a significant increase in crime among children and adolescents in our country, which puts at risk the integrity and violation of the children and adolescents’ rights. The research work shows significant levels of increase in the number of children and adolescents in the delinquent, mostly because there is no criminal prevention policy based on education, involving student counseling departments to develop strategies focused on the different age groups of children and adolescents regarding delinquency. The present research work was carried out the use of materials and techniques that enabled the development of the research; interviews and surveys were conducted with law and education professionals engaged in the subject, which results are evidenced in the verification of the objectives and therefore, the recommendations were proposed within the legal system of our country, which is to create a national plan of criminal policy with plans, projects with the objective to prevent the involvement of children and young people with delinquency, as well as to incorporate to the Organic Law of Intercultural Education, ethics and civics focused on educational criminology.
