| Summary: | The present integration curricular work, titled “Police Drones in Ecuador: Analysis of Regulations, Restrictions and Safeguards to Protect the Privacy of Citizens" The interests that led to the development of this study are that the country is facing new challenges and the delay in regulation of the use of new technology such as drones in police operations. Let's face it, the current regulation of remotely piloted aircraft is not perfect, and that situation creates uncertainty and inequality in the protection of the privacy and intimacy of citizens, so I recommend that the country immediately take measures by adopting stricter laws that meet their real requirements... regulation Promote sustainable, useful and safe technological development for citizens. The main objective of this study is to conduct a legal and educational study on the use of police drones in Ecuador and analyze the laws, restrictions, and guarantees of relationships and privacy of citizens. The Constitution of the Republic of Ecuador protects personal and family privacy as a fundamental right that all Ecuadorians should have, and the government must ensure that it is not violated. The research focuses on the impact of policing on crime, surveillance, and investigation, as well as the legal and ethical issues arising from the misuse of drones. That is why it is important to analyze the current laws of the country and ensure that these procedures are carried out fairly and do not violate the first rights and privacy of citizens. |
