Додати тег | Резюме: | The present investigation entitled, "THE PARTICIPATION OF WOMEN IN PRODUCTIVE AND SOCIAL DEVELOPMENT IN THE ASSOCIATION OF ARTISAN PRODUCTION CHILD JESUS OF THE NEIGHBORHOOD WAX BELONGING TO THE PARISH TAQUIL, CANTON LOJA AND THE INTERVENTION OF THE SOCIAL WORKER", corresponds to a global problem in which it is noted that from the perspective of productive transformation raised, the skills and quality of human capital are placed as facilitators of innovation and technological progress aimed at generating a diversified, sophisticated and environmentally productive production structure However, Latin America with respect to other regions with better economic performance, according to the 2016 CAF Economics and Development Report, is lagging behind in terms of human capital skills, especially in relation to cognitive skills, which have a direct relationship with improving productivity and wages; and where women are disadvantaged with respect to men, given their low representation in disciplines such as science, engineering and mathematics, as well as greater participation in occupations that demand more socio-emotional skills as a result of the expectations, aspirations and prescriptions imposed the sexual division of labor in terms of the spaces occupied by men and women in society. The specific objectives made possible the scientific argumentation of the object of study, the identification of the elements that contribute in the participation of women in the productive and social development in the association of artisan production child Jesus, in order to design a social research proposal that has a participatory approach. |
