Lasit fáddágilkoriid | Čoahkkáigeassu: | The public administration is the action of the government directed in an orderly and technical way to compliance and application of laws and regulations, to promote and disseminate the Law of the Internal Revenue Service (SRI) in all its manifestations, forcing all Ecuadorian citizens to comply with what is established by Law. The present thesis project is entitled: "IN THE ACT OF TRUTHFUL EQUITY REGULATE THE ALTERNATIVE SANCTIONS TO THE CLOSURE OF COMMERCIAL PREMISES". The general objective was to conduct a legal-Doctrinal study on the closure of premises through the application of the legal standard. The processes used were the hypothetical - deductive, analytical, explanatory, statistical method; In addition, for the elaboration of the analysis, the descriptive method was used. The technique applied was the survey of 20 business owners who have been sanctioned by the SRI, through the questionnaire designed for this purpose. Among the most outstanding results we have that through the legal, doctrinal and comparative study of the problematic posed, it is demonstrated that there are flaws of the law, therefore there is an urgent need to create modify the shortcomings that the regulation presents in this aspect. |
