Sumari:The entrepreneurial culture in students is closely linked to thinking, the environment and the intention they have to undertake, the purpose of this research is to analyze the entrepreneurial culture of the students of the Business Administration Career of Universidad Nacional de Loja. Through a rigorous investigation of a descriptive, explanatory and quantitative nature, the phenomenon under study is specified and described; with a mixed - exploratory design, 564 students who make up all the students of the department were investigated, through a questionnaire with questions evaluated through Likert scales which allowed quantitative and qualitative measurement of the entrepreneurial culture of the students and obtaining information that allowed a better understanding of the topic and identify the most important variables. Resulting in a mostly positive entrepreneurial profile, similar to that of a future entrepreneur, in addition to a favorable environment that motivates entrepreneurship, some characteristic entrepreneurial skills are identified; however, with a low entrepreneurial intention. As a proposal, it is suggested to fortify the issues regarding forms of financing and management of resources to undertake; establish agreements with local companies that allow students to reinforce business knowledge; run interaction courses to share business ideas in order to create links and contact networks; reinforce orientation towards entrepreneurship from the first cycle and exercise more practice to support theory. In conclusion, the entrepreneurial culture is a way of thinking that encourages innovation and entrepreneurship; the profile and skills that students have help them understand how the business world works; In addition, most of the students have developed within an entrepreneurial environment. It is recommended to look for alternatives to integrate students into an entrepreneurial environment; implementation of scholarship and mentoring programs for entrepreneurship and promote the exchange of ideas between students of different careers and entrepreneurs.
