Given the need to internalize this study, the following general objective was privileged: To determine the influence of social networks on interpersonal relationships in the classroom, of the students of tenth grade of Basic Education “José Angel Palacio” in the Loja City. Academic Period 2021-2022, supported by three specific objectives; Characterize social networks and interpersonal relationships in the classroom, Identify the influence of social networks on the interpersonal relationships of tenth grade students and propose a workshop that guides the proper use of social networks as a means of strengthening interpersonal relationships , correlational-type research has a quantitative-qualitative methodological approach, with a sample of 30 students, 2 teachers, using scientific, descriptive, deductive, inductive, analytical and statistical methods, with techniques such as survey and interview. Relevant data as observed in figure 8 of results, the time spent by students in social networks is less than 2 hours, taking breaks and connected all day and part of the night, figure 10 also reflects important figures, stating that adolescents they prefer to create social links virtually and not personally, in this sense it is concluded that students have and actively participate in social networks, which help interpersonal growth if used correctly. On the contrary, it also highlights misuse, where young people give priority to entertainment, leaving the essence of physical relationships in the background.
