总结:The management of human talent by competencies is an alternative for increasing professional performance and thus a way to maximize the individual and collective capacity to generate value in the different processes of an organization. In this context, the purpose of this research is to contribute to the development of the hotel, designing a "MODEL OF COMPETENCE MANAGEMENT OF HUMAN TALENT IN THE QUO VADIS HOTEL IN THE CITY OF LOJA". For the development of this research, the descriptive research design was applied, which was sustained based on deductive, inductive and analytical methods; and the collection of information was carried out through secondary sources of information, in addition to direct observation, evaluations and the interview with the manager-administrative. On the other hand, a diagnosis was made of the current management indicators, of the skills and abilities of the 16 people responsible for each area of the hotel, applying the evaluation of performance through the 360° model and based on obtaining optimum results, it can be stated that the hotel has integral personnel, oriented to the commitment of service and teamwork to achieve the hotel's objectives. However, when analyzing the strengths and weaknesses that were presented, you can see among the weaknesses, the lack of knowledge of specific functions by areas, duplication of functions, does not have a department of Human Talent and lack of training each respective area. Additionally, a contribution was made so that the hotel has a dictionary and profiles of competencies defined for the position and with the integration of the 5 processes that the organization should apply to manage its human talent around the concept of competencies. It is concluded that there are no personnel recruitment and selection processes in the hotel, let alone training plans, career and succession plans for which it is recommended to implement the proposal presented in this research, which will serve to improve the hotel management, which allows for improving the performance of employees, the quality of service and its profitability, in other words, improving its efficiency.
