Özet:The present work of research called "Evaluation of the effect of organic fertilizer in the crop of cabbage (Brassica oleracea L. var. Capitata) In the Barrio Rosalia, the Parish of Santa Rosa of Cayambe Cuzubamba Canton Province of Pichincha," in which occurred four types of organic fertilizer bocashi, with animal manure called (1 hen manure treatment, treatment 2 pigs, 3 treatment cattle and treatment 4 guinea pig), in the production phase of the fertilizers are performed a chemical analysis to determine the level of organic matter, pH, N,P,K and in the assessment phase was carried out the mathematical model used is the design of "random blocks" with 4 treatments and 4 repetitions in front of a witness by giving a total of 20 experimental units; each experimental unit took 18m2, constituting 360m2 of usable area of the test. For the financial evaluation was performed he determination of net income and costs for the determination of the benefit: cost ratio. To comply with the foregoing were raised with the following objectives:  Evaluate the effect of four organic fertilizers in the cultivation of cabbage (Brassica oleracea L. var. capitata L.).  Determine which of the treatments the best was.  Determine the economic profitability of each of the treatments. The results were as follows: for the variable germination percentage of the plant of Col won the treatment four with a percentage of 95.5 % and the lowest percentage of germination reached the T5 (Witness) with 88.5 %. In terms of the average height of the plant to harvest the obtained treatment T4. With 40.07cm and the lower height there ached the T5 (Witness) with 29.9cm. It was determined that the treatment of more influence to the number of days to harvest was T1, the same as that presented the hardness in the cabbage to be harvested at 96.5 days, with a coefficient of variation of 0.50 % and a standard error + 0.79. The mean values of each of the treatments as well as the overall verge of the test was 31.76 cm being higher in the T4 with 37.1 cm by cabbage and lower in the T. five (witness) with 26.5 cm average by cabbage. Despite the fact that there are no significant differences, it is noted that the T4 (compost bocashi de (guinea pig) is the one with which you get greater weight of the cabbage (4.98 kg/plant), followed by T1 chicken manure () with 4.08 kg/plant; T. two (pigs) with 3.33 kg /plant, T3 (bovine cattle) with 2.94 kg/plant and T5 (witness) with 2.53 kg/plant. To assess the production of Brassica oleracea L. var capitata, from an economic point of view, it has been determined the largest outlays in the T1 with 35.95 USD while increased revenues are obtained in the T4 getting income of 38.10 USD, while the profit rates cost are obtained in the treatments T4 with 1, 09 and T1 with 1.02 USD, so it is recommended that the fertilization of bocashi of guinea pig.
