| Sažetak: | The cohesion as the emotional link that family members give each other, however the cohesion and family adaptability is not fulfilled, therefore this research has as an objective to propose a program of School for parents to strengthen cohesion and family adaptability. It was a descriptive, cross-sectional, quasi-experimental design research, in a sample of 17 family parents. The methods which were in use: scientific, analytical, synthetic, inductive, deductive, historical, logical, comprehensive, diagnostic, the statistical coefficient of linear correlation. During the development of this research, it was used the survey and the scale of cohesion and familiar adaptability of Olson Face III. Results: the percentage of 41,17 % have not related cohesion and rigid adaptability, and 23.52 % presents agglutinate cohesion and chaotic adaptability (pre-test), after the intervention 41,17 % reaches a cohesion semi related and structured adaptability, and 29.41 % to a related cohesion and flexible adaptability (pos-test) Assessment of the proposal r (x y) = 0.51 means moderate positive correlation in family cohesion and adaptability. At the end, it is concluded that the School for Parents effectively strengthened the cohesion and family adaptability |
