Thêm thẻ | Tóm tắt: | In the following research work a brief historical review was done on how the staff has been handling from the past to the present time in the company Care Construcciones Cía. Ltda. This Company is dedicated to the construction of civil works and signaling pathways. It starts its activities in 1997 by its founders and its aims are to satisfy the customers of our city and the province. We know that the staff is of vital importance for the survival for the company, an analysis of human talent in the company Care Construcciones Cía. Ltda., was done, applying methods and research techniques allowing us to collect the necessary information, identifying gaps throughout an analysis it was determined that the company does not apply the process for recruitment, selection, induction, training, motivation, job evaluation and performance assessment. Through this study it was developed a proposal for the admission process and employment, job evaluation and assessment of performance, which aims to reduce the problems stated above, in order to identify and dispose of human talent in the right position at the right time, in addition to providing staff with skills, attitudes and motivation to achieve personal and organizational objectives effectively. In this work, some tools to implement the human resources processes in Care Construcciones Cía. Ltda. have been suggested and finally a guide for every required process in proposed taking into account the needs and policy of this company. |
