| Riassunto: | This feasibility project has as its main objective to evaluate the feasibility for the creation of a bakery gluten-free products in the Piñas canton, located in the province of El Oro. The study seeks to analyze the local market conditions as well as to identify the possible challenges and opportunities associated with the creation of, the market segment to which it is directed, the expenses, the resources to be employed and other parameters necessary for the start-up of this bakery. This paper uses a mixed approach where both quantitative and qualitative data are used, with a review of bibliography and surveys, obtaining a sample of 379 surveys. The market study obtained an unsatisfied demand of 16,925 units of bakery products, in the marketing plan we can see the product, the price, the place and production. In the technical study we have a production capacity of 15,120 units of bread while 1,728 units of cakes or desserts starting with 70% and 60% of its capacity utilization, and increasing during the years of the project life. The financial study details a total investment of 7,328.12, being a contribution of 50% of own resources and 50% financed. Finally, the financial evaluation obtained favorable results since the NPV (Net Present Value) has a value of $11,615.87; the IRR (Internal Rate or Return) with 79%; an BCR (Benefit Cost Ratio) of 0.25. Likewise, the sensitivity analysis indicates an increase of 10.5% in costs and a decrease of 8.4% in income, which indicates that its profitability is not affected, in terms of investment capital it is recovered in 1 year. with 2 months and 16 days. Therefore, it is concluded that the feasibility project is acceptable to proceed with execution. The reform, it is concluded that the feasibility project is acceptable and we can proceed with its implementation. |
