The methodology has facilitated the process of planning and systematization of the information, without affecting the logic of the expected result that will enhance the organizational capacity of the cooperative. With the diagnosis of the current situation, became known that the cooperative of transport urban Cuxibamba operates within legal, drivers who have professional licenses to ensure the daily transport user safety. Not remain so; still made up of more than thirty years the cooperative has no mission, vision, corporate values (ethical - moral), strategic objectives, operational tactical plan, lines of action that to route them to success, do not have an infrastructure for Ingeniería en Contabilidad y Auditoría the operation of the offices of the cooperative; also operating staff understood by drivers and helpers have not received training topics in human relations and customer, service to improve the quality of service. We propose to managers to implement strategic planning contribute to progress optimization and strengthening of the cooperative. |
