Propuesta de un código de ética informática para la carrera de sistemas y la normalización de sanciones a su incumplimiento.

This research work is done in order to give a proposal for a code of ethics for the Carrera Computer Systems Engineering (CIS) and standardize penalties applicable to breaches of this code. The methodology used to obtain results is BARS which is a sequential to collect direct observations of student behavior regarding the use and management of TIC’S within the CIS process. The main tool used this methodology are surveys and interviews, surveys were conducted why students and interviews with legal professionals and system. Using BARS code computer ethics was built, the articles in this refer to the duties and obligations of students of the race, as well as the penalties to which they are exposed for missing somehow this. The code consists of several chapters covering various situations that may be subject students. For the proper performance of computer ethics code building an ethics committee which must deal with unethical behavior of students in using new technologies in the race is proposed. Thus proper use of the proposed code will allow benefiting not only to members of the race but all relevant to the CIS. Achieving also improve student behavior and their training as full professional future. Finally the approach of some conclusions drawn as a result the entire investigative process and recommendations for future implementation of the code to the CIS is made.
