The overall objective is to develop a virtual course with a constructivist approach and its implementation to the virtual learning environment Moodle (LMS), led to the subject of Language and Literature ninth year of basic general education, framed in the levels set by the Ministry of Education and the National Association executed on November 26 in the city of Zaruma. To do the job the waterfall methodology was used to obtain the relevant information, he spoke with the teacher of the course of Language and Literature to meet the educational shortcomings. Then he designed and developed the Virtual Course, which includes the evaluation of Virtual Course to the implementation of surveys 37 students and teachers considering teaching and technical aspects with satisfactory results. |

Then he designed and developed the Virtual Course, which includes the evaluation of Virtual Course to the implementation of surveys 37 students and teachers considering teaching and technical aspects with satisfactory results.Actualmente, las Tecnologías de Información y Comunicación (TIC) en la educación han demostrado gran apoyo en el proceso de enseñanza aprendizaje, pero la mayoría de los docentes del Colegio Nacional 26 de noviembre de la ciudad de Zaruma desconocen el uso de las tecnologías para el proceso de enseñanza, por ello, se ha propuesto el desarrollo de un curso virtual de aprendizaje. El objetivo general planteado es desarrollar el curso virtual con un enfoque constructivista y su implementación para el ambiente educativo virtual Moodle (LMS), dirigido a la asignatura de Lengua y Literatura de noveno año de Educación General Básica, enmarcado en los contenidos establecidos por el Ministerio de Educación y ejecutados en el Colegio Nacional 26 de Noviembre de la ciudad de Zaruma. Para realizar el trabajo se utilizó la metodología cascada, para obtener la información respectiva, se dialogó con el docente de la asignatura de Lengua y Literatura para conocer las insuficiencias educativas. Luego, se diseñó y desarrollo el Curso Virtual, el cual incluye contenidos, videos, foros y evaluaciones.
