| Shrnutí: | The overall objective of conducting this analysis is to "develop a strategic marketing plan for DAMOPAC company town of Lago Agrio, Sucumbios province," which were complied with satisfaction as by the application of descriptive methods analytical, synthetic and deductive and using observation techniques, interviews and survey manager 22 employees and a sample of 234 customers relevant information that supports the study conducted was obtained. 27 In the situational analysis of critical success factors were identified which 6 are highlighting the opportunities "Extending mortgage term, allows greater access to housing"; and 6 threats, of which "The increase in import tariffs causes problems in production costs" represents a greater risk to the interests of Damopac. The result weighted by the builder in its external environment is 2.55 being necessary to implement strategies to take advantage of opportunities and minimize the threats that may affect the company. In its internal environment identified seven strengths, highlighting the "Good financial position" has Damopac; Also there are 7 standing weaknesses lack of "Availability of machinery and equipment themselves, increasing operating costs and reducing the margin of profitability." The analysis made the construction I reach a rating of 2.45 results indicating the need to implement strategies to leverage existing strengths and minimize the weaknesses that exist in the state.
