Similarly it is necessary to fulfill the rights of children in our Ecuadorian society, since the absence of protection mechanisms against the right of breastfeeding deprotected to this vulnerable group of the population currently presented juices mechanisms, if her mother is being prosecuted. The Ecuadorian children need the support of state institutions thereof that currently play a key role in preventing and controlling the overall development of children and adolescents, but there is no legal mechanisms for the full implementation of the right to breastfeeding, children are abused or neglected, hence the need to forewarn that they meet the basic satisfaction of children / as newborns. The rights of children and adolescents do not violate other rights in the Constitution, but ensure that there is a framework of legality and equality within the moral development, and less material, so it is a duty of the State to ensure the right breastfeeding. |
