Realidad actual de las profesionales de enfermería en los cantones Catamayo - Paltas periodo abril 2010 – abril 2011

This researching work has as main goal to KNOW THE STATUS OF THE NURSERY PROFESSIONALS TO GET HIGH THE QUALITY AND SOCIAL BELOVING THROUGH THE LOCAL AND STATUAL NEEDS THOUGHT CONTINUE TRAINING PROGRAMS IN THE NURSERY AREA THAT ALLOW TO IMPROVE THE HEALTH STATUS IN SOUTH OF ECUADOR POPULATION. Also we set as specific goals: To have a data base of each one on the nursery professionals about occupation, charge, needs of training ,also to know the activities that perform in Catamayo, Paltas counties in Loja province and set the needs of training of the nursery professionals in Catamayo, Paltas counties in Loja province. This researching is descriptive which source belongs to 35 nursery professionals which 24 applied to the jobs of nursery in Catamayo county and 11 professionals in Paltas county taking into account public and private institutes that they work right now. He gotten results were showed through statistical tables which the corresponding analysis and interpretation of the data showing that in Catamayo County and Paltas a 94.28% of professionals have studied their academic superior level at the UNL getting a bachelor’s degree as Licenciadas in nursery which period of time goes from one to five years corresponding at 65.72%, focusing their job in primary health attention in a parish level. which a percentage of 54.17% in Catamayo and 54.54% in Paltas, also we determine that 18% of nurses want to continue their training in hospital topics identifying these jobs some needs of academic training,(specializations, master’s degree , seminars, workshops, diplomas, etc.) for that reason is important their continuous training
