Since the problematic situation we can ask: How influences the practice of physical exercise in students embarazadasde National University Loja in the period 2014 - 2015, with the overall objective proposed in the research: Determine a program of physical exercises for pregnant students attending the student Welfare Unit of the National University of Loja, 2014-2015, place where the problem reason for this research was detected, the study was scientifically focuses on two variables, physical exercise, and pregnancy, having a connotation between scientific and theoretical level, was based on the following scientific methods, analysis, synthesis, statistical method descriptive and prospective study has a fundamental characteristic, consist instruments for surveys and observation sheet that determinantlos main results issued by the group investigated as awareness of the importance of physical exercise in pregnancy period, benefit planned and adequate exercise in pregnant women, practice the exercise program will depend in part on the state which contains exercises like Kegel to help strengthen the "pelvic floor muscles" (the muscles that help control the bladder). Cause the baby to rest on the bladder. The exercise plan start with a duration, 5 minutes up to 30 minutes.
