| Riassunto: | The research was conducted on two farms in the Canton San Juan Bosco in the province of Morona Santiago , South of the Ecuador Amazon . Two protocols for SOS (Super Ovulation Scheduled) was evaluated experimental unit was 8 washes embryos, results of two races , two treatments, performing two repetitions at each level in a 2x2x2 design, protocols were tested from 19 April 2012 and concluded on March 14, 2013, starting with the treatment of the Charolais cattle breed and continuing donor of Brown swiss breed. In the first treatment the donor (Conventional) received a CIDR and 2.5 mg estradiol benzoate (EB, Grafoleon, Laboratory Life) and 50 mg of progesterone (P4; Progesterone Gestavec 25 Vecol laboratory, Colombia) im. Treatments superstimulation were initiated 4 days later with decreasing units FSHp (Folltropin - V ® , Bioniche) for the case of Charolaise females 400 mg of NIH used in eight doses and for the Brown Swiss 400 mg of NIH females eight doses. Administration of PGF2a on day 6 and 7 (PM, AM), CIDR removal was performed on day 7 (AM), treatment with GnRH (2ml Fertagyl, Intervet, Ecuador SA) was performed on the 8th day (AM), the inseminations were performed the day 8 (PM), day 9 (AM) and the collection of embryos at 7 days of GnRH (2ml Fertagyl, Intervet , Ecuador SA). For the second treatment Donors receive progesterone releasing device (CIDR) along with a dose of PGF2 (Day -8) and a dose of GnRH (2ml Fertagyl, Intervet, Ecuador SA) 7 days after (Day -1). On Day 0 (36 h after GnRH) every 12h and beginning treatment with FSH 8 decreasing doses administered for 4 days and each protocol. PGF2a is given to the last two injections FSHp (Folltropin - V ®, Bioniche) and the CIDR is removed with the last FSHp (Folltropin - V ®, Bioniche). Then induce ovulation with GnRH (2ml Fertagyl, Intervet, Ecuador SA) at 24h after CIDR removal and inseminated donors are 12 and 24 h later. The embryos are collected at 7 days of GnRH (2ml Fertagyl, Intervet, Ecuador SA). The ANOVA results as having significant for ovarian structures and embryos per treatment, this experience based on the analysis we will say that two of CIDR treatment 12 days without estrogen reported us better results with average values of corpora lutea present was performed 13.5 per donor structures in Charolaise cattle and 12 average corpora lutea in Brown swiss cattle. The best results in the production of embryos proved to be equally CIDR treatment two productcions 12 days without estrogen for an average of 9 Charolais cattle embryos per donor and Brown swiss 5.5 embryos per donor compared with treatment outcomes one were low. The lower costs of production of embryos two CIDR treatment was 12 days without estrogen with Charolaise females with an average cost of fresh embryo frozen $ 219.93 and $ 329.12, relative to the other treatments and females donors. |
