Шошго нэмэх | Тойм: | The present research has the overall aim of carrying out a feasibility study for the creation a producer of bio-paper with natural sugar cane waste (bagasse) and marketing in the province of Pastaza. The methodology used is based on traditional methods such as inductive, synthetic and Statistical, which allowed to obtain the required information with the help of investigative, such as direct observation, interview and survey techniques. After market segmentation for the inhabitants of the province of Pastaza, the study in question got its start with the market survey, the same that establishes the relationship between supply and demand, obtaining the value of the unmet demand in 105.574 reams of paper for 1 year for which it has also done a marketing plan. Then the technical study which enables the determination of the size of the project is executed, so that the assessment of unmet demand service, the road is set to the implementation of the company; so an installed capacity of 45,500 reams of paper capacity is obtained, using 80% of installed capacity, which is same as capacity utilization 36,400.00 reams of paper for the first year and 45,500 reams from the second to the tenth year. The company Bio-Paper, will be located in the Province of Pastaza Puyo Canton, Sector Los Amanes. The organizational structure of the company Bio-Paper was based on four hierarchical levels such as: legislative, executive, consultant, assistant operational. The investment of this project is broken down into fixed assets with a value of $ 54,778.50, $ 735.00 Deferred Assets, Operating Capital $ 48,186.94, for a total of $ 59,529.08 Investment; who’s funding will be through the internal sources and external sources 66% 34% with a loan from the National Development Bank. The Profit and Loss Statement shows a net profit of $ 12,618.00 in the first period and go on increasing in the following years. The breakeven point calculated mathematically and graphically indicates for year one the company should use an installed capacity of 58.21% and must have sales of $ 48,808.99 The project evaluation found that the NPV is positive with a value of $ 94,837.47; Internal Rate of Return of 37.46% is greater than the opportunity cost of capital of 12%, Benefit Cost Ratio indicates that for every dollar spent 73 cents of return will be achieved, the investment will pay off in 2 years and 8 months; and, based on the sensitivity analysis of a successful outcome allowing 40.30% increase in costs and a decrease in revenues of 23.85% is demonstrated. Finally we have demonstrated the feasibility of creating a producer of bio-paper based on natural waste from sugar cane. |
