Resumo:Alcoholism addiction is most widely spread in modern societies in addition to smoking, either by the availability, cost or lack of prohibitions on the sale of such products, for which it has seen fit to "Understanding changes in liver profile after a period of abstinence of more than one month in alcoholic patients who are in care at the rehab center therapeutic Community " Posada Solidarity " and thus relate to the likelihood of liver The present study is prospective, descriptive cross-sectional; The studied population consisted of 53 patients who underwent liver function tests, and a survey to learn about the habits of alcohol intake was applied; The investigation determined that 6 of the patients face an altered, like liver profile correlation with the probability of presentation of alcoholic liver disease have a 11.32 % are likely presenting with NAFLD liver profile. Therefore the results presented here serve to maintain vigilance on the part of the rehabilitation center, in this group of people who had harmful health practices.
