| description | Technology is constantly changing, favoring the development of society, therefore it is necessary to implement E-learning in the educational field in the teaching-learning process through which the student can access various sources of information for the construction of their knowledge. The general objective of this research was to determine the influence of E-learning in teaching-learning in Natural Sciences in third-grade students of Basic Education of the San Francisco de Asís Educational Unit. The methodological approach applied in this research was a mixed approach, that is, qualitative, quantitative, and its design is field research, in which 69 students and 2 third-grade teachers of the subject of Natural Sciences participated. In this investigative process, the scientific, descriptive, inductive, deductive and analytical methods were extracted, in addition the interview directed to the teachers was applied as techniques and within the instruments the questionnaire directed to the students. The results obtained were that the students would like to receive Natural Science classes virtually since the teaching-learning process of this subject seems interesting to them and they can interact in real time with the teacher and classmates, thus promoting cooperative work. Therefore, it is concluded that in the teaching-learning process, scientific skills must be enhanced in which the students learn to manage and make good use of technology, becoming aware that through the use of various digital platforms to consult various topics of interest will increase their knowledge and in turn will participate more actively either in a group or individually, inside and outside the educational community. Keywords: Technology, virtual, digital platforms, teaching-learning, E-learningLa tecnología está en constante cambio, favoreciendo al desarrollo de la sociedad, es por ello necesario implementar en el ámbito educativo el E-learning en el proceso enseñanza-aprendizaje mediante el cual el estudiante puede acceder a diversas fuentes de información para la construcción de su conocimiento. La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo general determinar la influencia del E-learning en la enseñanza-aprendizaje en Ciencias Naturales en estudiantes de tercer grado de Educación Básica de la Unidad Educativa Fiscomisional San Francisco de Asís. El enfoque metodológico aplicado en esta investigación fue un enfoque mixto es decir cualitativo, cuantitativo y su diseño es investigación de campo, en la cual participaron 69 estudiantes y 2 docentes de tercer grado de la asignatura de Ciencias Naturales. En este proceso investigativo se utilizó los métodos, científico, descriptivo, inductivo, deductivo y analítico sintético, igualmente se aplicó como técnicas la entrevista dirigida a los docentes y dentro de los instrumentos el cuestionario dirigidos a los estudiantes. Los resultados obtenidos fueron que a los estudiantes les gustaría recibir clases de Ciencias Naturales de manera virtual ya que el proceso enseñanza-aprendizaje de dicha asignatura les parece interesante y pueden interactuar en tiempo real con el docente y compañeros fomentando así el trabajo cooperativo. Por lo cual se llega a la conclusión que en el proceso enseñanza-aprendizaje debe potenciar primeramente competencias científicas en las cuales el estudiante aprende a manejar y dar buen uso a la tecnología, tomando conciencia que mediante la utilización de diversas plataformas digitales que constan en la guía didáctica acerca de la utilización de E-learning, va a aumentar sus conocimientos y a su vez va a participar más activamente ya sea de manera grupal o individual, dentro y fuera de la comunidad educativa.
