Estudio de factibilidad para la creación de una empresa comercializadora del hilo cola de rata en la ciudad de Loja.

This research was developed in the city of Loja, aiming at presenting a proposal for the implementation of a marketing company of the rat tail thread. The introduction outlines a brief analysis of the situation of our province as it relates to trade. Then in the review of literature on the origin mentioned composition of yarns and fabrics and all matters relating to investment projects in materials and methods are the techniques of data collection and research methods that were used to present work results. To determine the feasibility of the project are addressed by the market research field research, scientific research using techniques such as literature, observation, surveys and interviews, which allowed them to obtain reliable information regarding demand and supply. Then in the Technical Study highlights the size and location of the company, the process for implementing the service, description and distribution processes, identifying areas to take and where the company will be located. We also performed docking process engineering the following criteria: local distribution, product characteristics, marketing process, process flow chart materials and equipment for normal operation. The legal and administrative organization was performed by applying the legal principles demand the law be a sole proprietorship, and determined the operating functions for each of the existing jobs in the company and it was done as a company name proprietorship "STOP Yarns for Knitting." Then took place the development of a weaving workshop that complements the project, which will promote an ancient art that is being lost now at minimal cost. Then make the financial study that establishes the project requiring investment of $ 4880.87for their initiation. The project is funded directly by the author, then determine the structure of costs, the study of income, resulting in net income for the first year of 1817.62 and the cash flow for the five year life of the proyect. Also perform financial evaluation in order to know how feasible is the project that calculates the Net Present Value (NPV) which amounts to $ 8943.70, Internal Rate of Return (IRR) 57.99 % higher than the rate of opportunity, the benefit cost (RB / C) is $ 1.14, the Recovery Period Capital (PR / C) is achieved in 1 years, 2 months and 4 days, and in the sensitivity analysis shows that the project allows for an increase of up to 5.38 % in costs and a 6.46 % decrease in revenue. Finally, the conclusions made with the respective findings obtained in developing the project.
