| Resumo: | The purpose of this work is to design a lifting machine for high-altitude work that is useful for the maintenance of the Basilica of Our Lady of "El Cisne". In chapter I, the theoretical-methodological elements for the calculation and selection of scissors lifts, international and national technical standards that must be met to calculate and select a scissor lift are presented; the classification of scissors lifts, the description of its main components and the basic scientific concepts of the mechanics of solids, for the calculation and selection of the different elements and electromechanical systems that make up the machine. Chapter II details the methodology used to identify the parameters that should govern the calculation and selection of the electromechanical components of the elevator, as well as the requirements for use and the initial considerations for the calculation, design and selection of the main elements of the elevator. Below is the calculations and selection of the main elements of the elevator, which allow the corresponding analysis of the calculated elements, which derive in the corresponding conclusions and recommendations. The graphic designs of the mechanical elements of the elevator and the tables used for calculations are presented in appendices. |
