According to the Internal Revenue Service in 2011, there were 12,320 businesses that have provided them to the productive sector, so that it conducted a feasibility study for the creation of a producer and marketer of confectionery located in the city of Loja. This company aims to provide a quality service, dedicated primarily to making and selling candy Loja as figures of chocolates, food of milk, pineapple jam, orange, apple, figs and guava in one place to satisfy the tastes and preferences of prospective consumers. For the development of this research work we applied different methods and techniques, as the scientific method that led to the discovery using data and confirm the findings, the inductive method which is able to determine the demand and supply of product and segment the target market; the deductive method allowed a description of the implementation of Confectionery in the city of Loja, and the analytic-synthetic method with which a study was made of each part of the feasibility project. Also used as direct observation techniques which allowed us to determine issues related to the preparation of various sweets such as chocolate figures, food of milk, jams, pineapple, figs, orange, apple and guava, surveys that were applied potential customers that allowed us to determine the demand for the products. With the completion of market research identified the potential demand for sweets; it is of 121,208 people over the age of urban parishes of the city of Loja. Note that for the potential demand we assume that each person consumes sweet Lojano is why it took the entire population. The current demand is real or 108,869 people. Effective demand is 68,359 people. Also the project agreed on an increase in the costs of 51.88% and a decrease in revenues of 28.22% The research results demonstrate the feasibility of implementing the project, since it ensures profitability for investors and on the other hand allows a socio-economic development and business in the city of Loja, and it is a source of employment which will improve living standards. |
