THE "DESIGN OF A ACCOUNTING SYSTEM IN THE COMMERCIAL COMPANY OF MR. BOLÍVAR RAMÓN BUSTAMANTE CRIOLLO DE LA CIUDAD DE LOJA. PERIOD 01 JANUARY TO JUNE 30, 2015 ", is framed within the parameters established by the Academic Regulations of the National University of Loja, created with the purpose of designing an accounting system that allows its owner to know the economic - financial situation Of the company. The physical counting was carried out in a detailed and valued way of all the elements that constituted property of the business, obtaining to obtain real figures on its initial situation. Then the accounting process was executed, the same one that requires previously the elaboration of a chart of accounts and its respective manual; The information contained in the Initial Inventory was reflected in the State of Initial Situation, and the Daily Book was drawn up, which contains the business operations in a chronological order, as well as the General Ledger and the Check Balance and Work that reflect the balances of the respective accounts that result from the transactions of the business and subsequently the Financial Statements were obtained, the same ones that show the economic and financial results of the business, providing useful information for the correct decision making. Finally, financial indicators were applied using formulas that relate the information reflected in the Financial Statements, knowing the economic financial situation of the business for the correct decision-making and to achieve the sustainability of the same.
