Implantación de la contabilidad en el centro Agroveterinario Japón, del cantón Saraguro, provincia de Loja, periodo agosto – septiembre/2014

The present work named “IMPLANTATION OF THE ACCOUNTING IN THE CENTER AGROVETERINARIO JAPAN, OF THE CANTON SARAGURO, LOJA's PROVINCE, PERIOD I SHRIVEL - SEPTIEMBRE/2014”, it is orientated to primeramente carries out the countable process gathering information of the documentation source to you formulate records and to process the transactions in chronological order, process that ultimately produced results and patrimonial true and reliable information, the same one that allowed to obtain to solid database of the Center Agroveterinario Japan; this work was realized in fulfillment to the established by the UNL, as prerequisite to the obtaining of the Engineer's title in Accounting and Audit. The raised aims were fulfilled in its entirety. The principal aim of the investigation was implanted a countable process in the Center Agroveterinario Japón of property of the gentleman Luis Salvador Japón Gualán from the initial inventory to know the goods, values and royal obligations in which one was finding the company, in addition there was designed a plan and account manual that served as support for the suitable accomplishment of the countable process, which gave like proved the emission of the Financial statements as the State of Results, where a loss of $ decided 461,30 dollars owed that his expenses were major that the sales; likewise there was obtained the State of Financial Situation and Effluence state of Cash, allowing to the owner to realize a better financial organization. On having concluded with this work I demonstrate that the company does not have a suitable control of the transactions that are registered daily, recommending to take corrections and to develop royal financial statements for a successful progress and improvement of the commercial one. Then one couldTo ratify that the application of the countable system in the Center Agroveterinario Japón, performed the biggest importance for his owner and administrator, since across this one it obtained countable and financial information, and now they can continue easily with this process, using this tool, supporting the suitable control of his movements, registering chronologically the transactions, possessing a base of countable reliable information that allow to take the suitable decisions directed to the fulfillment of the managerial aims
