he present "PATH OFFER AND SIGNPOSTING FOR THE TOURIST ATTRACTIONS: I BATHE OF THE INCA AND VIRGIN SANCTUARY OF HOLY WATER OF THE CANTON SARAGURO OF LOJA PROVINCE ", the tourist management is directed to promote, across the design and implementation of a correct path and signposting for these tourist attractions. The scope of the present investigation focuses basically on the generation of a tourist route that covers the attractions: Bath of the Inca and Virgin Sanctuary of Holy Water, located in the neighborhoods of Ñamarin and Oñacapac of the canton Saraguro, for it proposes signposting itself and path, based on the technical specifications contemplated in the Strategic Plan of Development of Sustainable Tourism of Ecuador, with which it is tried to promote to these sites and to attract the national and foreign tourists for the development of a sustainable tourism that improves the socioeconomic conditions of the settlers and the conservation of the natural resources in the zone of influence of these tourist sites. The canton Saraguro, north locates with direction - East of Loja province, in the route that leads from Loja to Cuenca, possesses an altitude of 1.000 msnm up to them 3.800msnm, with a Surface of: 1.080km2, it possesses a variety of climates depending on the geographical location of his parishes: moderate - cold in the Andean and hot zone in the low zones, his temperature ranges between the 8 and 27 º C, The rainfall of the canton is between the values of 758 - 1.250 mm. The communities of Ñamarin (Bath of the Inka) and Oñacapac (Virgin of Holy Water They are located geographically in the canton Saraguro, are far approximately to 15 minutes of the urban center with an approximate distance of 2.8 km, these neighborhoods are lived by persons of the etnia Saraguros Kichwas by an approximate population of 1874 inhabitants, many of these persons still dress his original pomps in spite of the high costs of his gowns, others do not do it for lack of money and in most cases they use another type of clothes. The persons of Ñamarin and Oñacapac possess a medical clinic in an intermediate community called Tambopamba, here only it is attended related to general medicine, in Oñacapac, an educational center exists that pond to students of the primary and secondary level, this takes Tupac Yupanqui as a name, this institution belongs to the department of education bilingual intercultural modality. 6 The persons of these sectors are innate farmers; cultivate his owns products in familiar gardens. The general objective was an offer elaborated of path and signposting in the already mentioned attractions, with the technical specifications of the MINTUR. The methodology that developed for the project part of each one of his specific objectives, for it one used methods and technologies that were applied to carry out a correct investigation The methodology for the first objective " To realize a diagnosis of the current situation of the tourist attractions: Bath of the Inka and Virgin Sanctuary of Holy Water of the canton Saraguro, Loja's Province " there was in used the bibliographical, analytical and descriptive method, as well as the technology of the direct observation, the counterfoil of raising of information of Carla Ricaurte Quijano and the cards of the department of tourism and finally the hierarchical organization of the attractions. In the development of the second objective " Path offer and signposting of the tourist attractions I Bathe of the Inka and Virgin of Holy water ", it was in 7 used the methods analytical, synthetically and the scientist, one used the technologies of sampling not probabilistic, a FODA was applied, with the intenseness, of measuring the strengths, opportunities, weaknesses and threats of the project. This way also the capacity of load was obtained following Michael Cifuentes's methodology and finally the offer was realized path and signposting. For the third objective "To elaborate a guide of user and to socialize the project with the actors involved" there was in used the analytical synthetic method and there was elaborated a tourist guide of the user in whom it consists introduction, flora, fauna and distances of attractions. There socialized the project of thesis in the Direction of Tourism of the Municipal GAD of the canton Saraguro, where the community leaders of Ñamarin represented, Oñacapac, indigenous representatives and the Director of Tourism, where there were obtained valuable comments that helped to develop with better way the draft of the present thesis. One of the conclusions of the project of thesis takes root in the natural and cultural importance of the tourist attractions of the route I bathe of the Inka - Virgin Sanctuary of Holy Water and at the level of acceptance of the tourists one concludes that the path offer and signposting is feasible of executing, additional activities of diffusion must be realized using different mass media that promote these attractions and with it to promote the increase of the tourism in the zone. Since part of the recommendations for the correct implementation of the project is had: To elaborate an ordinance in which, they declare to the site Bath of the Inca and Virgin Sanctuary of Holy Water, as zones of recreation, protection and conservation, which promote the tourist exploitation of these sites, and there are prohibited all activities that concern the environment.
