To carry out the research was applied, the quasi-experimental methodology, since it was done without any manipulation of the variables by the researcher, was cross because the study of the variables was performed in a given period, explanatory as it he gave enlightenment to the study variables and field that was reflected in the place where the problem was detected. It was framed in the following methods, analytical and inductive-deductive, which contributed to the theoretical foundation, and the correlation between the pre-test and post-test, the technique of the survey had six questions open and closed nature what a population of twenty students and three teachers, the eighth grade General Education Basic. You can determine that interpersonal relationships helped to improve communication in the classroom by encouraging active student participation in the teaching-learning process.
