Las relaciones interpersonales en el mejoramiento del rendimiento escolar en los estudiantes del octavo grado de educación general básica de la escuela IV Centenario n° 1, del cantón Loja. Período lectivo 2014-2015

The research paper entitled: interpersonal relationships in improving school performance in the eighth grade students of General Basic Education School IV Centenario No. 1, the canton Loja. 2014-2015 school year, had as general objective, to determine the way in relationships can influence the improvement of academic performance in students eighth grade IV Centenario School No. 1, the specific objectives sought to explain the theoretical basis of the study variables, diagnose difficulties indicators of the investigated variables, design and implement workshops that helped improve the variables and evaluate the effectiveness of the investigation. To carry out the research was applied, the quasi-experimental methodology, since it was done without any manipulation of the variables by the researcher, was cross because the study of the variables was performed in a given period, explanatory as it he gave enlightenment to the study variables and field that was reflected in the place where the problem was detected. It was framed in the following methods, analytical and inductive-deductive, which contributed to the theoretical foundation, and the correlation between the pre-test and post-test, the technique of the survey had six questions open and closed nature what a population of twenty students and three teachers, the eighth grade General Education Basic. You can determine that interpersonal relationships helped to improve communication in the classroom by encouraging active student participation in the teaching-learning process.
