Ամփոփում:This investigative work that I have intended has been carried out with the objective of the children's diagnostic psicopedagógico and autistic girls and its incidence in the development of linguistic abilities in the Bilingual Mixed Particular Center Catamayo of the initial level two in the City of Catamayo. Period 2014. It is so the object of study of the investigation, they are: To know if the factors etiológicos in the children and autistic girls impact in the development of linguistic abilities; as well as to Investigate if the lists that the teachers complete in children and autistic girls are impacting directly in the linguistic development in the same ones and likewise to Elaborate a psico-educational program guided in the linguistic development of abilities of the children and autistic girls. In the investigation process the methods scientist were used, deductive, inductive, analytic synthetic, statistical, descriptive; in the same way I have worked with a population of the total of 2 autistic children, 2 family mothers and 1 teacher; as technique the survey directed to the educational one and the family mothers. The most significant conclusions that were determined with the investigation are that the cause so that the children are autistic it is due to genetic agents and agents ambiéntales are those that limit that they have a normal development of the oral language; and that the most important lists completed by the teacher are those of understanding, affectivity and the one of to be tutor for the individualized teaching and to practice linguistic exercises with repetitions of words what is configured like base for the increment of the language.
